It majorly includes fish, nuts, grains such as brown rice, quinoa, white meat and more. You are advised to avoid processed foods. To reduce inflammation, you can opt for Omega3 fatty acids which are majorly salmon, soybeans and walnuts.

Drink Plenty of Water

Avoid the sun

You can make use of natural ingredients such as oats, orange peel, Bengal gram flour, to remove the dead skin cells.
